One continuous take

Submit One Continuous Take

The best results come from a single, uninterrupted clip. No cuts, no transitions, no splicing. Press record, dance, stop. That's your video. One smooth clip processes much better than a stitched-together one.

Separate clips

Multiple Takes? Submit Separately

If you recorded several takes, submit each one as a separate video. Each clip gets its own generation, giving you more variations to choose from. Don't merge multiple takes into one video.

Trim only

Trim, Don't Edit

It's fine to trim the start or end of your clip, cutting the part where you walk into frame or stop dancing. But don't add filters, slow motion, text overlays, or music. The system needs the raw, unmodified video.

Format and duration

Right Format and Duration

Export in MP4 or MOV format. Keep your video between 3 and 30 seconds. Shorter clips (5-15 seconds) process faster and tend to produce smoother results. Avoid GIF, HEIC, or very low resolution files.

Pro Tip
Record 3 short takes (5-10s each) rather than one long one. You'll get more variations and each clip processes faster.
